Hula Hoop

Hula hooping is a low-impact workout that will challenge you and your muscles!
This class will teach you the basic skills for hula hooping and progress into learning tricks, and has a large focus on core fitness.
All abilities are welcome as you need no prior experience to enjoy this fun workout.
Please bring a water bottle.
