Stollersize

This fun social class on the track has a brisk pace which will challenge you to increase your cardio and strength using circuit training techniques. Emphasis will be placed on safe postpartum movement and core/pelvic strength. All fitness levels are welcome.

Please bring a water bottle and a stoller with clean wheels.
