This fun, interactive approach to cooking will give participants (Grades 5 - 7) the confidence to cook as an individual and as a team.
Instruction will include:
• Basic concepts of nutrition and healthy eating
• Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious foods
• Introduction to healthy meal and snack ideas
• Food safety information
