Yoga and the Nervous System

When:

Adult Fitness
A traditional yoga class that will be focused on the most common issues people face: imbalances that cause discomfort in the body. We will focus on strengthening/ lengthening for body balance and finish with a 5 - 7 minute somatic sequence.
Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle.
