This fun social class on the track has a brisk pace which will challenge you to increase your cardio and strength using circuit training techniques. Emphasis will be placed on safe postpartum movement and core/pelvic strength. All fitness levels welcome.
Please bring a water bottle & ensure all stroller wheels are clean prior to going on the track.
