Hula hooping is a low-impact workout that will challenge you and your muscles. You will find it has a large focus on core muscles as you learn to hula with the hoop. This class will teach you the basic skills for hula hooping and progress into learning tricks. All abilities are welcome as you need no prior experience to enjoy this fun workout. Step out of your comfort box and into a hula hoop to take your fitness to a new level.
