Yin Yang Yoga

The two practices of yin and yang yoga are very different intentions, but both are very important for a balanced and healthy body. Yin activity is slow and steady with a sense of softness and surrender. Yang is mobile and requires appropriate effort. The unique fusion of this class creates the perfect balance of building mobility and strength while lengthening the muscles within the body. In this class, we will practice both the active (yang) and the longer-held poses (yin), creating a balance from the inside out. Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle.
