Beginner Spin

Remove the fear with this 50-minute beginner ride. You will learn all the basics including proper bike setup, RPM's, terminology, and how to progress forward. All fitness levels welcome.

Please bring a water bottle & ensure all stroller wheels are clean prior to going on the track.
