Beginner Spin

Remove the fear with this 60-minute beginner ride. You will learn all the basics including proper bike setup, RPM’s, terminology, and how to
progress forward in your riding. All fitness levels welcome.

Please bring indoor shoes, water bottle & sweat rag.
