Power Vinyasa Yoga

When:

Adult Fitness
A flow practice designed to energize the body and link breath to movement. The class opens with a grounding practice and moves into multiple repeating flows. The flows are designed to prepare the body for the peak pose and move with the breath to find a
meditative movement practice.

Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle.
